The UniFi WiMAX OSS is a carrier class service management solution designed for WiMAX markets. It is a complete service fulfillment and billing solution suite developed to fulfill the requirements of the WiMAX service providers. The solution is primarily targeted at the independent greenfield operators and MVNO type of operators that desire to start with a small WiMAX footprint, while maintaining the scalability needed for large service providers. The UniFi WiMAX OSS fulfills the unique requirements of WiMAX markets where WiMAX technology is used mostly as a backhaul service for fixed/nomadic locations initially. It is also designed to support mobile WiMAX networks with 802.16e CPE devices.
