Executive Team  | Jasbir Singh
Chairman & Founder Jasbir brings more than 18 years of high tech and telecommunications expertise. He started his career as an Engineering Manager at C-DoT, in charge of SS7 and ISDN groups. As an Engineering Manager at C-DoT, he helped design and develop SS7 subsystems in India's first digital switching system, which now serves close to 40% of all capacity in that country today. Singh was co-founder and chief technical officer of Yack Inc, and was responsible for the development of its Internet Program Guide and content management software. This core enabling technology powered Yack’s renowned syndication network. Jasbir is the Chairman of Launchpad Software Inc and Cybermine Internet Incubator. Cybermine is a holding company supporting businesses in which he has made personal investments that focus on wireless infrastructure and applications. Launchpad Software is a MSP and software services company, and has been in operations since 1996. |

President & CEO Nandu Desai has more than 20 years experience in data networking and wireless broadband industries, working with both software and hardware products. With Pronto since 2003, he was Vice President of the UniFi OSS product line, strategic partnerships and marketing channels. Previously, he was AVP Business Development for Syndesis, responsible for developing and maintaining Syndesis' strategic partnerships with telecom equipment manufacturers and other Operational Support System vendors. Earlier in his career, Nandu was Director, Market Development for Yurie Systems (acquired by Lucent in 1998), and held several positions in software development and product management for data networking and narrowband systems at Alcatel and NEC America in Dallas. Nandu holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Baroda, India. |

Rustagi CTO Dr Ram P Rustagi has 25+ years of software development, product delivery, teaching cum research, and consulting experience that spans Technology Startups, Research and Development organizations, Academic Institutions, and Software product development companies in North America, Europe, South Asia, and India. His software development experience encompasses web services based applications, embedded systems, fault tolerant computing, distributed systems, telecom switching and billing and real time systems.
As CTO, Ram takes care of designing appropriate technology, developing engineering products and deliver the same for field deployment. Throughout his professional life, all the products developed by him are deployed in the field and used by large customer base. His prior engagement includes:
a) VP - Applications & Services at Kirusa Inc, India and USA
b) Director of Engineering at Abeona Networks, USA
c) Savera Systems, USA.
Prior to these, he worked with IIT Delhi, Harris Corporation, USA, CDoT Delhi, India and HCL Ltd, India.
Additionally, Dr Rustagi has consulted several global corporations on network design, solutions evaluation involving telecommunications and networking. He has also been an invited speaker in the area of Data Communication and Networking, Security and Firewall Designing, Enterprise Networks etc. As a keen academician, he is also currently teaching computer science courses at PESIT, Bangalore.
Dr Rustagi is a Ph.D from IIT Delhi India, and M.Tech from IISc Bangalore, India.

|  | Dr.Nisha Singh CFO Nisha Singh is an experienced entrepreneur and business manager in the fields of consulting and operations management. Nisha got her PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in energy management and did advanced research from University of California Berkley at prestigious Lawrence Berkeley Lab. Nisha began her management career at Caldyne Consultants based in New Delhi where she oversaw operations of this leading Data Processing company. Nisha then went on to found Launchpad software Inc a consulting firm of 250 + people focusing on high-tech software development. Launchpad was sold in 2002 and Nisha went on to found Cybermine Internet Incubator, hosting number of companies including Informano, FN-Central, Doctormedia and BizMailers. As Chairperson of Indscape group, Nisha currently heads an offshore Software development center in Bangalore, India and provides leadership guidance to number of young companies. |
|  | George Mathew VP - Operations George in his role as Vice President, Network Operations provides operational leadership in the day to day operations of the organization. His 20 plus years of experience with world leaders in Telecom & OSS Vendors and Operators adds value to the organization and its customers. He brings a lot of cross cultural work experience to the organization via his earlier assignments in Middle East, Europe, USA and India. George graduated (B-Tech) with Honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut. He held senior positions and lead teams in Lucent Technologies Inc, Energis Carrier Services (Switzerland) AG, Kodiak Networks/Alltel, USA, Sasken Communications/Nortel Networks, WST/C-DOT, and HCL Technologies/British Telecom plc. George enjoys entrepreneurial action with high zest for excellence and a dedication to provide best services to the Customers. |
